| At a bar side by side In the afternoon, we got into a bookshop named Foyles. I bought some books there. Takaki wanted to go to toilet, but there was no toilet in the shop. I was informed there was one in the near park, so we walked to there. The toilet was mechanically working. You were supposed to put a 20 pence coin into the gear to open the door, and only shut the door to make the basin to be washed in water. We took a short break at a bar. I bought an applepie and a glass of hot milk for Takaki and a cup of hot coffee for myself. |
